Oh come on. I can't believe no one has put the stories of the BK or the Sabarro in terminal C in CLE.

I got food poisoning from the Burger King in CLE, I threw it up all over the plane taxiing out of IAH. Not my most glorious moment. I'm surprised I didn't get fired because of it, but I couldn't hold it in!!

About 1-1/2 years ago I ate at a Mexican Restaurant in Laredo. I think the name was Charlie's, but not sure. By the time we landed back in IAH I was sick as a dog.
If you go out the front door of our hotel it is across the square to the left and down a couple of streets and then left.
Anyway - I got hpylori - a bacteria from contaminated food that has tentacles and burrows into your upper intestines and stomach lining.
I almost died. Ended up in the hospital; threw up on a several of my trips (talk about embarrassed- throwing up in the trash bag while hiding behind the bulkhead...) Took me 9 months of throwing up (while working and at home) before I finally got well.
Don't eat there.

There's something just not right about eating at a "Mexican" restaurant by the name of "Charlie's". When I first started here I came down with salmolnila poisoning, sick for at least a month! Sorry to hear you were sick that long!
Tenticles?!?!? Eeeeewww!

Thanks! It was wretchid! You aren't kidding and I can't tell you how many times I've had food poisoning while working. Anymore I'm paranoid about where and what I eat. Pretty much explains why I bring most of my food with me not to mention helps the budget.
